layout.css.dpi has been 0 since 2.0.0.4-1, which uses whatever the system dpi value is. Anyways, I don't think this has any impact on pixel sized fonts, and by definition, there shouldn't, even if unfortunately, a lot of people abuse pixels. The state of the art might be better nowadays, though. You can still increase font size with <ctrl> + <+>.
