The conflict introduced by libgps19 originates in #559483. This one is now fixed and the next gpsd upload should drop the conflict. But gpsd is currently involved into the kde transition - among other stuff, and AFAIK its maintainer wants it over before uploading a new release. Reassigning to libgps19. Thanks, _Gilles.
