Hello I'm experiencing the same problem with iwl3945 and linux-image-2.6.32-trunk-amd64 2.6.32-3. Keeping firmware-iwlwifi 0.22 and going back to linux-image-2.6.31-1-amd64 2.6.31-2 makes the adapter usable again. I have also noticed random system hangs that might be related but I haven't yet investigated further on that direction.
