Package:ftp.debian.org Cherokee is a webserver, and as such was moved to the httpd section when the new sections were added. I had moved the libraries over there as well. However, for quite some time, I have been getting Lintian warnings asking me to put its lib*-dev packages under libdevel - I completely reworked my packaging, and decided to change the overrides as well to what I also judge to be right (even if very few people use them as such right now).
