Packages lacked ${misc:Depends}, which has been solved in 3.7.4 and may be fixing this problem. Unfortunately for this case, 3.7.4 version also includes a new plugin so, it's still waiting on NEW queue [0] to be processed manually. Once it gets accepted, please upgrade and check if this gets fixed by 3.7.4, otherwise we'll look further to solve it by other means.
