tags + moreinfo unreproducible thanks Marcus, can you please tell me what's your (host) graphics card and host kernel version? I suspect the problem really is not in kvm but in host video driver, but I might be completely wrong.
There are several points about this issue. o in 0.88 and 0.11.0, the guest screen has been made resizeable. This leads to quite alot of confusion, and I think it's actually an "under-developed" feature - the resizability of guest screen is a good thing to have sometimes, but there should be a way to restore the correct (1:1) size. Again, I don't know if you're talking about this issue or something else -- sure thing when you resize guest screen you'll see somewhat garbled display. o As I mentioned before, I've seen very similar issue here, and it turned out to be bug in kernel radeon drm driver. The issue occured infrequently enough so that I didn't notice it anywhere but in kvm, where it happened 100% of the time. Unfortunately I can't find the relevant info right now, but will do once you reply to the first question. o There are many, many installs out there with working cirrus logic emulation. Me included - I've a shitload of windowsXP guests here, most are running with -vga cirrus (the default), and most were survived upgrade to current kvm version without any noticeable issues. In short, I can't reproduce your issue... ;) Thanks! /mjt -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
