Hey, Olly.  The 1.1.3 source from the upstream tarball seems to build
and install fine on it's own, including installing the headers in
<prefix>/include/xapian-1.1/.  So I guess this is a problem with the
debian packaging?  I'm having a hard time seeing where, though, but
I'm also used to working with the stupid simple 'dh $@' rules files.
