No, the binary can't be part of the nm-openconnect package (if it could the source would be there) because it contains a large amount of the openconnect source code. I guess openconnect could be refactored to install a library, I'll talk to upstream. Maybe for now I could package the GTK+ bits as openconnect-gtk.
