Not sure, it seems kdebase-workspace migration is blocked on at least armel and powerpc because of that ([1], and on mips would need a giveback). Also, [2] looks like a BIC issue (due to the googlegadget plugin in kdebase- workspace/plasma) which indeed was introduced by 0.11.1-1. Did all the other archs build kdebase-workspace against google-gadgets >= 0.11.1-1.1 (note the 1.1 Debian release)?
