Ideally the best thing to do would be to change the namespaces of the obexd-server package so that obexd-server and obex-data-server can be used together (if needed). Anyway no GNOME package makes use of obexd-server at the moment, so I think that if you are not willing to make the effort of changing the namespace yourself, we can just keep the conflicts as they are and simply not using the obexd-server package since it doesnt provide what we need. You should report this issue to the obexd-server upstream, and see if they want to fix this issue or not.
