Package: evince Version: 2.28.2-1 Some PDF forms, such as http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf, can be opened with evince and edited fine, but when saving all the changes are forgotten and the modified fields in the saved version can no longer be edited. When saving, evince outputs the following error to the console once for each field in the form that was modified:
