This seems to be due to mozplugger, which is suggested by epiphany.
Uninstalling it solves the problem for both browsers...

I also read #566857 and others in the meantime.
I wonder if these bugs were not closed by mistake when you closed
#566867, the duplicate of #566866, whereas it had already been merged
with #566857.
