Package: qtdmm Version: 0.8.12-2.1 Severity: important When recording (and graphing) data for a while, qtdmm crashes sooner or later. Severity important as this makes it close to impossible to record any long time measurements (and the fact that it records to memory only for later export does not help the situation either...).
I rebuilt the package with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="nostrip debug" and got the following backtrace: #0 0xb7fee424 in __kernel_vsyscall () #1 0xb753d640 in raise () from /lib/i686/cmov/libc.so.6 #2 0xb753f018 in abort () from /lib/i686/cmov/libc.so.6 #3 0x0807b355 in myMessageOutput (type=QtWarningMsg, msg=0xbf904b8c "QGArray::at: Absolute index 28800 out of range") at main.cpp:39 #4 0xb7e1c675 in qWarning () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #5 0xb7e136f7 in QGArray::msg_index () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #6 0xb7b5cae0 in QPointArray::setPoint () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #7 0x080691c0 in DMMGraph::paintData (this=0x99c6f28, p=0xbf906da4, xfactor=65.873741994510524, yfactor=0.0076020202020201993, color=true, printer=false) at ../../../include/qt3/qpointarray.h:114 #8 0x0806aef6 in DMMGraph::paint (this=0x99c6f28, p=0xbf906da4, w=1206, h=625, xfactor=65.873741994510524, xstep=1, yfactor=0.0076020202020201993, ystep=0.5, maxUnit=20, hUnitFact=0.018298261665141813, hun...@0x99c6fe4, color=true, printer=false) at dmmgraph.cpp:234 #9 0x0806ba55 in DMMGraph::paintEvent (this=0x99c6f28) at dmmgraph.cpp:129 #10 0xb7b7f863 in QWidget::event () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #11 0xb7ae07c5 in QApplication::internalNotify () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #12 0xb7ae177d in QApplication::notify () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #13 0xb7ab0471 in QWidget::repaint () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #14 0xb7ae2a3a in QApplication::sendPostedEvents () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #15 0xb7ae2af6 in QApplication::sendPostedEvents () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #16 0xb7a8ad9d in QEventLoop::processEvents () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #17 0xb7af91a0 in QEventLoop::enterLoop () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #18 0xb7af9066 in QEventLoop::exec () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #19 0xb7ae0e5f in QApplication::exec () from /usr/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 #20 0x0807b222 in main (argc=Cannot access memory at address 0x6) at main.cpp:71 elmar -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (1001, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages qtdmm depends on: ii libc6 2.7-18lenny2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.3.2-1.1 GCC support library ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.8b-5+b1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++6 4.3.2-1.1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 2:1.1.5-2 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 miscellaneous extension librar qtdmm recommends no packages. qtdmm suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- .'"`. /"\ | :' : Elmar Hoffmann <e...@elho.net> ASCII Ribbon Campaign \ / `. `' GPG key available via pgp.net against HTML email X `- & vCards / \ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
