Currently I cannot reproduce the bug on iceweasel 3.0.6-3 for an unknown
reason. In case you won't get more information about this bug till
1 June 2010, please feel free to close it.

Sasha.

You also said you had problems with konqueror. And apparently random
problems with epiphany. You should really investigate at the network
level, either with a network sniffer (wireshark) or some other means
(e.g. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/netlib/http/http-debugging.html)

problem. Not a bug in iceweasel.
