Currently I cannot reproduce the bug on iceweasel 3.0.6-3 for an unknown reason. In case you won't get more information about this bug till 1 June 2010, please feel free to close it.

You should really investigate at the network level, either with a network sniffer (wireshark) or some other means (e.g. http://www.mozilla.org/projects/netlib/http/http-debugging.html) >From my POV, this is either a networking problem or a configuration problem.
