Scripts (no autoreconf.pm) are now at http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/pkg-gnome/packages/unstable/gnome-main-menu/debian/ If you want it in autotools-dev, just take dh_autoreconf* from there and the autoreconf.pm from the tarball in my last email. I also removed -X options from dh_autoreconf because they were almost useless.
