Package: duplicity
Version: 0.4.11-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

when trying to restore a backup, I got the same error as described in
#489324. The reason was, I started the restore with the wrong user,
which doesn't have the GPG key.
A clearer error message in this case would be very good.

Regards
Marco
