Calendarserver 2.3 depends on
http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/browser/branches/dav-take-two-3081-4. This
will soon be uploaded to debian experimental/unstable.

What conflict? Wasn't the point of the 2.x series that they don't need a
specially patched Twisted so that it doesn't conflict anymore?
