This is a regression from 2.29.3 (and probably from 2.29.5 too, because it only started quite recently; I haven't tried reverting to that version though). The vertical scrollbar in epiphany has become weird in the latest version, sometimes disappearing, sometimes showing a position unrelated to the actual position in the page, or moving below the Also, possibly related, the display sometimes moves back to the top of the page for no apparent reason (quite annoying when trying to read something).
