i just tested it a frew weeks ago for 1 time ....
no usb disks on ... nothing

Did you connect some of these disks using Firewire?

The nvidia module may introduce bugs that we cannot investigate because
we do not have its source.  Can you test without it temporarily?

Did you test this without the proprietary Nvidia module?
