Hi, folks. I am experiencing this bug:

servo:~ 0$ gnome-open http://debian.org
Error showing url: Failed to execute child process "/usr/lib/iceweasel/firefox"
(No such file or directory)
servo:~ 1$ gconftool -R /desktop/gnome/url-handlers/http
 command = /usr/lib/iceweasel/firefox "%s"
 needs_terminal = false
 enabled = true
servo:~ 0$

I have gvfs installed:

servo:~ 0$ apt-cache policy gvfs
gvfs:
  Installed: 1.4.3-1
  Candidate: 1.4.3-1
  Version table:
 *** 1.4.3-1 0
        500 http://debian.lcs.mit.edu testing/main Packages
        200 http://ftp.us.debian.org unstable/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
servo:~ 0$

and the package "iceweasel-gnome-support" doesn't seem to exist anymore:

servo:~ 0$ apt-cache policy iceweasel-gnome-support
iceweasel-gnome-support:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: (none)
  Version table:
servo:~ 0$

So the two proposed solutions don't fix the issue. I don't use gnome,
and have no desire to, but would still like to use evince. Suggestions?

It seems to me the question might be "why does gnome need to be using
something other than x-www-brower or sensible-browser?" Why does gnome
need to specify it's own browser, rather than using something supported
universally on non-gnome systems?

Thanks so much for any feedback, and for maintaining evince.

jamie.
