I've committed hppa support, untested (testing would be appreciated).

I'll tag 1.37 soon, I'd like some confirmation on whether it correctly
builds on hppa now though first. I'll likely tag it today anyways, we
can always go to 1.37.1. It's not like hppa is a huge user base :-)
