DeviceKit-Power was recently renamed to upower. devicekit-power-doc is a transitional package to faciliate the upgrade to "upower-doc", and the libraries are still built to provide the old API to client applications, until they get ported to libupower-glib. I believe all three should be in oldlibs now, to emphasize their transitional nature and for easier deborphan-like cruft cleanup. Thank you!
