Hallo,
sorry, das ist mein erster Bug-Report.
Ich hoffe Deutsch ist okay, denn in Englisch kann ich mein Problem nicht
ganz so ausführlich beschreiben.
Installiert ist OTRS 2.3.2-2 das mittels aptitude auf OTRS 2.4.7-2
geupdatet werden soll.
Bei diesem Update läuft irgendetwas schief, dass dazu führt dass das
OTRS --configure Skript immer wieder erneut aufgerufen wird und damit in
einer Endlosschleife endet. Das führt dazu das beim zweiten Durchlauf
des OTRS --configure Skript nun auch noch SQL-Fehler hinzu kommen, da
das SQL-Upgrade nun das zweite Mal ausgeführt wird. Ich habe in einer
VMWare diverse Tests durchgeführt. Jedoch bin ich auf keine Lösung des
Problems gestoßen. Installiere ich in einer VMWare ein frisches OTRS
2.3.2-2 ohne meine Daten, so lässt sich OTRS ohne Probleme Updaten. Mit
Daten und Skripte lässt sich OTRS leider nicht Updaten.
