Now that I stand corrected wrt. the growing local cache issue, I agree
that --full-if-older-than should be enabled by default when the
installed duplicity is at least 0.6.01.

Opting-out from the new --full-if-older-than default must be possible:
some people bootstrap huge backups on a LAN, and run only incremental
updates over a WAN.

Configuring the delay between full backups must be possible too.
