Hello Marco,

The machine hosting popcon.debian.org has been stopped yesterday, see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-infrastructure-announce/2010/03/msg00001.html

It is possible this prevented qa.debian.org to load the popcon data.

This fails in the same way for other packages.

Note that the popularity-contest team is not responsible for
http://qa.debian.org/popcon.php, so problems with it need to be reported
to qa.debian.org.

In any case we should wait to see if qa.debian.org recover from the popcon
outage without manual intervention.
