Bug#415334: Suggestion of "nested includes" needs another patch

Just a note that to use the "nested includes" referred to in this bug 
report requires an additional patch like I submitted here (#575545):

Otherwise, all lines after the nested include line will be ignored in 
the configuration files, because the CONFIG_INCLUDE filehandle will be 
closed prematurely.
