Package: docbook5-xml Version: 5.0-2 Severity: normal File: /usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/docbook5/db4-upgrade.xsl
The upgrading stylesheet omits titles in qandaset, because there is no special-case handling for qandaset and therefore the default behavior for title is to ignore it. The stylesheet should preserve these. This is a problem for me since I am updating some stylesheets that work with DocBook 4 to DocBook 5. Part of the automated testing I do involves upgrading the DocBook 4 testcases (using db4-upgrade.xsl) and testing that the output of my stylesheets is the same. A testcase is available at <https://docbook.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/docbook/trunk/testdocs/tests/qandaset.004.xml>. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-4-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages docbook5-xml depends on: ii xml-core 0.13 XML infrastructure and XML catalog docbook5-xml recommends no packages.
