I see that:
- there is a new "themes" subdirectory with files to install and
byte-compile for all flavours of Emacs, so it's not as trivial as
dropping in a new file in emacs-goodies-el.
- they didn't incorporate my patch for the color-theme-selection
defcustom to select themes via customization. Oh well...
- They have a debian directory to make up a self-contained package (but
I haven't looked at it).
Maybe color-theme is big enough to be in its own package now?
