I didn't realise that CVS was an obstacle for you. I certainly
understand that, as I can't wrap my head around subversion and can just
barely use git. :-)

I would be happy to apply your patches for you, or (I suppose), even do
the steps for you. I would however prefer not to have to patch the
file. Could you do the following?

 - Run `M-x checkdoc' on it and fix the 49 things it mentions (mostly
   missing documentation).

 - Add the autoload cookie for paredit-mode. (I prefer building a
   loaddefs file than hard-wiring them.)

 - Instead of the HTML, provide documention in a form suitable for
   inclusion into the Info doc of emacs-goodies-el (I can do the markup;
I just need the text. It might simply be most of the commentary in
   the elisp file.)

If you can, I will add the file myself.

BTW, the mentors link:

http://mentors.debian.net/cgi-bin/sponsor-pkglist?action=details;package=paredit-el
doesn't lead to a file that I can download (anymore?) so I never saw
your latest version.

Thanks!
Peter
