That is the case for me: r...@booph:~# ll ~/.e/e/appshadow | grep neon lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 36 Apr 11 21:20 0004.desktop -> /usr/share/applications/neon.desktop lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 36 Apr 11 21:20 0015.desktop -> /usr/share/applications/neon.desktop I confirm that removing one of them fixes the issue and restarting E17 causes the second link to show up again.
