>From the 1.0.0-1 debian/changelog:
* debian/control:
- udev is not available on kfreebsd-*,hurd architectures.
So now debian/control has:
Build-Depends: [...],
libgudev-1.0-dev [!kfreebsd-i386 !kfreebsd-amd64 !hurd-i386],
But configure.ac has:
PKG_CHECK_MODULES(SIMPLE_SCAN, [
[...],
gudev-1.0
])
Which means it's mandatory (and not optional) and results on a FTBFS on
kfreeBSD and GNU/Hurd. The previous situation (BD-Uninstallable) was
preferable and even correct. Please revert the change.
