Package: xautomation Version: 0.96-1 Severity: normal
Xautomation does not have any useful documentation installed. The README just says that "The current documentation only exists within each binary, run with -h", but doesn't even say which binaries there are. I would really like a manpage for xautmation which just lists the different binaries with a short description, e.g., xev - send events to an X server visgrep - search for patterns on an X display Ideally, xev and visgrep (are there other utils apart from these?) would have their own manpages, but the options are fairly well described with '-h'. A tiny spelling mistake is found in the description, "The conrol interface" -> "The control interface". // Simon -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.27-2-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=sv_SE (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages xautomation depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libpng12-0 1.2.8rel-1 PNG library - runtime ii libx11-6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Window System protocol client li ii libxtst6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Window System event recording an ii xlibs 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
