the bug it's already reported (I've retitled it so it might be better
identifiable and we'll stop having duplicates)

if you run

dpkg --status common-lisp-controller

you'll see 'obsolete' as third element of Conffiles list: that's what
causing the issue (that wil be fixed shortly).
