It looks like the buildds are all able to build 0.66-2, but I suppose that could be because they have network access? The changelog entry mentioned fixing it, so I am going assume it's fixed and will downgrade this bug so the package can move into testing, but I will leave it open and maybe Florian or Lucas can confirm that it works on a buildd without net access and close the bug.
