They were upgrade packages from a name change that occurred during the (very long) sarge release cycle. I kept them in sarge because I wanted to support an upgrade from (sarge == testing back then) to (sarge == stable). Sure they can go now, but I don't see an (old sarge to new sarge) dummy package as any more RC than a (woody to sarge) dummy package. Anyway, I have better things to do with my morning than argue over this RC bug.
