Dear Debian folks,

Unfortunately I just hit this bug using Eclipse yesterday. Trying to do a debug run I got ERROR: transport error 202: connect failed: Connection refused ERROR: JDWP Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, TRANSPORT_INIT(510) JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports initialized [../../../src/share/back/debugInit.c:690] Setting net.ipv6.bindv6only=0 fixed it for me. I hope it is correct to unarchiving and reopen this bug. Bug#575163 [1] seems to be also similar. Please tell me, if you need other information.
