I have downloaded the source code with apt-get , compiled it and run

your
problem with segfault when i installed the latest deb file. What +b1
means at the end of the deb file (mpg321-0.2.11-2+b1)????
Can someone do the same in his installation and tell me the output
please??
Still the same after a rebuild in a sid cowbuilder chroot on i386:

The problem seems to be libao4 library. Compiling with libao2 there
seems to be no problem at all. Before I post a bug for that can you
please check that out also??
Thanks!
Chris.
