Package: sysv-rc
Version: 2.86.ds1-1
Severity: important

well. normally this package will get installed by
some debian installation routine, but since i
manually "migrated" my system from knoppix back
to a normal debian sarge, I had to install
sysv-rc manually. First I removed the knoppix
sysvinit package (I had to force it, because
it's an essential package) and afterwards
I tried to install the sysv-rc package.
Then I discovered, that i also had to force
that install, because the package install
requires update-rc.d, which is part of this
package.
