I'v just traied to install new fglrx driver, but I'm not able to make 3D
functionality. 2D is all right. In time before Christmas was sufficien to use

module-assistant a-i fglrx

for install kernel module. Now this command is out of order. IMHO is
substituted by DKMS service. Either on or two of this procedure are not right
way to any 3D graphics. I have to say, I didn't find any information
to new method of instalatation.

there are some lists of glxinfo, fglrxinfo

mar...@debian:~$ glxinfo
name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes
server glx vendor string: ATI
server glx version string: 1.4
server glx extensions:

mar...@debian:~$
mar...@debian:~$ fglrxinfo
display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
OpenGL version string: 3.2.9756 Compatibility Profile Context

Why? 3d is working/active there :o
