block 553698 by 573061 thanks Hi Erlang maintainers, what's up with this bug report?
Apparently it is blocking the proper packaging of gwibber 2.30, a popular microblogging / social networking client; do you think the split can happen anytime soon, so that the packaging of gwibber can proceed? In case you need help, I don't have much time to offer myself, but documenting in this bug log what can help you guys can really help in moving a bit forward. Many thanks for considering! Bug has been there for this. See: > http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=573061 Maintainers > are agreed for this, but I don't why it is not done yet! I understand, I'm Cc-ing that bug log with a ping, in the hope it helps. BTW, I've noticed reading http://gwibber.com/blog/2010/04/introducing-gwibber-2-30/, that there exists also a sqlite backend which does not need desktopcouch; no idea if it's viable or not, but I thought it could be a good idea to mention it here.
