Pleasefix this problem: Cannot create state file "/usr/var/lib/smartmontools/smartd.INTEL_SSDSA2M160G2GC-CVPO0063014V160AGN.ata.state" Cannot create attribute log file "/usr/var/lib/smartmontools/attrlog.INTEL_SSDSA2M160G2GC-CVPO0063014V160AGN.ata.csv"
by setting appropriate permissions or modifying the file locations. Then try again the 'smartd -d' and see if this generates the kernel error messages as before.
