Sorry, was AWOL from Debian for a while. I'm just catching up with the emails now. Rails 2.3.5 was uploaded last night. I'll update it to 2.3.8 and fix any problems with packaging that might emerge this week. Good point regarding the source TODO. Currently, everything in rails is split up so it can be 'require'd in ruby, except for the railties.
