Package: udftools Version: 1.0.0b3-14 Severity: wishlist Hi.
This is really a very minor wishlisht bug only. I'm currently looking through some of Debians init-scripts, as some of them are really too chatty and nearly output documentation. For /etc/init.d/udftools one could think whether this also applies for the following: echo "Not starting $DESC: No devices listed in $DEFAULTFILE" echo "Not stopping $DESC: No devices listed in $DEFAULTFILE" It might be enough to simply say something like "Not staring/stoppen: No devices listed. Ok that text is not so good, but what I mean is, the "in $DEFAULTFILE" thingy might be too descriptive. But as said,.. this is rather perfectionism than really a problem Cheers, Chris. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.33-heisenberg (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages udftools depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-9 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libncurses5 5.7+20100313-2 shared libraries for terminal hand ii libreadline5 5.2-7 GNU readline and history libraries Versions of packages udftools recommends: ii udev 154-1 /dev/ and hotplug management daemo Versions of packages udftools suggests: ii dvd+rw-tools 7.1-6 DVD+-RW/R tools pn pmount <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
