Package: util-linux
Version: 2.16.2-0
Severity: serious

Hi!

With libblkid1 in testing mkfs doesn't work, after upgrade to
unstable's version all is back to how it should be. Error message
below:

# mkfs.ext4 /dev/michelangelo/buildd-sid-powerpc
mkfs.ext4: /lib/libblkid.so.1: version `BLKID_2.17' not found (required by
mkfs.ext4)

Andreas Barth suggested on IRC this is a problem in util-linux.

Regards

        Christoph
