Impossible, as the TIC backend might decide to change the heartbeat password (effectively a key-change/rollover). Without a proper password the tunnel won't work, thus one needs a fresh one. Next to that, we like to be able to inform users through the means of TIC that their tunnel is disabled. If there are perceived problems with the SixXS service, contact us to resolve that. It is rather strange that people file Debian bug reports for that actually instead of mailing i...@sixxs.net or filing a ticket on the SixXS website. For that matter, why are people bugging a downstream of a package for feature requests. If the downstream then would fix that, upstream never sees it, rather nasty development that IMHO.
