Package: reportbug
Version: 3.15
Severity: minor

An example while reporting bug to another package:

    Getting status for mon...
    Verifying package integrity...
    There may be a problem with your installation of mon;
    the following files appear to be missing or changed:
    debsums: checksum mismatch mon file /usr/share/doc/mon/examples/mon.cf.gz

Please improve this message to clearly state which is the case. Since the
program known the filename it should be trivial to either state:

     the following file(s) are missing ...

and

     the following fils(s) have changed:

With the current message, the reported usually has to manually check
which of the two is the case. If it would have read "changed", this
would be "more safe" and likely caused by browsing with editor, than
the more serious "missing" - in which case reinstall the package in
question may would have bee in place before reporting the bug.
