Package: mono-mcs

I can't seem to find nunit-console.exe or any of the associated
assemblies in any of the mono packages. Since it is built in the mcs
directory, I suppose it might make sense to put it in mono-mcs. If
not, a mono-nunit package would be nice. The reason I'd like to have
this is that the mono version of nunit is slightly different that the
original. Currently, if I want to have mono's nunit I need to build
mono (which somewhat reduces the utility of having mono packages).
