"Refresh" and "Preferences" and maybe more buttons cannot be reached without the mouse. The other buttons can all be gotten to via TAB and SHIFT-TAB. If one does not have a working mouse, one is in big trouble. You've made it 80% accessible, now please complete the remaining missing parts. Also please make sure eack button can be got to via ALT- key combinations. E.g., Network is ALT-N, but other keys have no shortcut.
