Seems like a good idea. Perhaps the nslcd start and stop commands should
then also be moved to functions (would simplify restart probably).

The package does not provide or use any files in that directory by
default. Also, I'm not sure if the Kerberos ticket cache belongs there
(see [1]). Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea to make that part of
the package at this time.
