Package: texlive-extra-utils Version: 2009-7 Severity: wishlist xindy, unlike most TeX/LaTeX-related programs, requires Common Lisp. Debian's packaging of clisp has lots of debconf questions and is fairly cumbersome to be just another anonymous dependency. I think it would be more appropriate to make xindy a suggestion rather than a recommendation of this package.
